Ivan was born in Brazil, Rio de Janeiro, and raised in Antwerp, Belgium. He owned several restaurants in Belgium. He moved to Costa Rica in 2012 with his wife and children.

Experience

He moved to Costa Rica in 2012 where he first worked for a developer, then started a property management company with his wife in 2014.
That gave him tremendous insight into the costs of maintenance of a home at the coast and acquired knowledge on many different types of construction and architecture.

In 2017 he started sales again and opened a Keller Williams office in 2019.
