While traveling Costa Rica for over 10 years, Shannon and her husband Scott kept finding themselves in the Bohemian beach town of Samara – a growing community with a beautiful white sand beach and a laid back vibe. They bought a vacation home and when the opportunity presented itself, they made the full-time move to Samara with their youngest son.
Prior to their move to Costa Rica, Shannon spent 20+years in corporate America in a variety of roles including human resources, sales and marketing, and Scott worked in hospitality, construction and property management. As owners of the thriving Coldwell Banker franchise in Samara, they pull from their backgrounds to support their team of real estate agents assist clients in finding their perfect piece of Costa Rican real estate.
