Joaquín is a global real estate advisor that has represented clients in Mexico, Dominican Republic, St. Maarten, Curacao, and for the past six years in Costa Rica. His passion for service, which he mastered in the hospitality and tourism sector, and his knowledge and training in real estate make him a trusted resource to represent the finest properties across Costa Rica. His local knowledge of Heredia in particular and Costa Rica, in general, allows him to convert his local and global network while utilizing smart and effective marketing strategies to best deliver a pura Vida experience to his clients.

Joaquín has experienced the art of living by the ocean, in the mountain, and in the city in this beautiful country in Central America and has decided to specialize in the Heredia areas, as well as Nativa Resort on the Central Pacific coast. as he loves the combination of rural life with the city and all its advantages at its feet.  He can hustle and at the same time breathe in pure air while enjoying the views of the Central Valley in perfect spring-like weather with a fire pit and a glass of wine.

Joaquín lives with his Dutch wife and three kids, two of them born in the US and the last one in Costa Rica. His global background runs deeply in his veins.
