self-contained, furnished, private North-American-style casita with
mission tile roof. Your accommodation is located in a small, secure
gated-entry development in the quiet hills above Sarchi. The casita has
a modern kitchen with granite countertops, gas oven, microwave, toaster
oven, coffeemaker, full refrigerator and is stocked with dishes and
utensils. The adjacent living area has a built-in entertainment center
with flat-screen TV (with internet TV service), radio, DVD player and
WiFi for quick access to high-speed Internet. The large bedroom has a
comfortable queen-size bed and built-in closet. The beautifully tiled
and well-lit bathroom contains a spacious, large-enough-for-two shower.

Your own washer and dryer combo is attached to the casita. You’ll be able to relax and enjoy the day or
night seated on the comfortable front terrace and with a great view of
Grecia and the Central Valley. Water, electricity, gas, WiFi, internet
TV, yard care, and a dedicated security system are in included in the
$550/mo. rent. A housekeeper is available for weekly cleaning at a
nominal additional fee. A non-refundable cleaning/security deposit is
