Furnished Rental Near downtown Grecia but with lots of Space and Views

Enjoy a tranquil life in this bungalow near town.  The house is a two bedroom two bathroom home with lots of space outside to enjoy the views and wildlife.  The home has a bedroom bathroom and closet upstairs as well as a balcony which faces west to enjoy the sunset.  There is also a very small bedroom and bathroom downstairs, a living area, laundry room and outdoor kitchen.  The indoor kitchen is small but ample.

The house was built thoughtfully and features lots of wood and natural rock.  It is a true bungalow, not a large house but very cozy with lots of artistic details.

The compound where this house is located has other homes, all belonging to the same family, one is rented to ex pats and the compound shares a gate and lots of fruit trees including bananas, plantains, lemons, limes, oranges and more.  The entire area is fenced.  Located just blocks from downtown Grecia, and the mall as well as the farmers market you could live here without a car.  There is a parking area however if you plan to get a car.

Rent is $800 a month and includes electric, water, internet and cable TV.  Pets are ok but there are other dogs on the compound that belong to the owner.  Owner is onsite, he is a tico who speaks English.
