The house has a two car garage, a lovely deck off the living area, open concept living, dining and kitchen, as well as three bedrooms and two bathrooms.  The master suite has a bathtub and shower as well as huge windows looking at the garden and the views.

The house has AC although you probably won’t need it as the temps are perfect here.

Located in a small gated community with only one other home it is private and has gorgeous views. The house is situated on a lovely lot with gardens and lots of fruit trees.  This is a great place to experience mountain living in a small town in Costa Rica.
