I DID imagine, I bought and now I”m a victim of the developer not willing to share his list of buyers while he is filing suit against the banks. Shame on you Joshua, owners have rights and as long as you are not willing to release the list of buyers and call for a home owner meeting and see if you are also looking out for our best interests and not only yours.
I will at any cost get the list of buyers you are not willing to release.
Riverside Developers also said: Dream it, Love it, Live it.
I AM dreaming about it, all night long. I have nightmares with it.
Joshua ten Brink of Desarrollos Naturales de Costa Rica S.A. promised a beach club, I have their PDF advertising to prove it. Guess what:
I own an apartment in Sonesta Jaco Resort, also called Sonesta One Jaco, and I don”t have a beach club.
But I do have an apartment with lots of problems and now there is a lien on all the apartments that are in trust and of course of the common areas of which I own part.
The Arias government wants to put controls in place for exactly issues like these. I own an apartment and am not allowed to meet with the rest of the owners because the developer isn”t will to release the list of owners.
Realtors are powerless here too, thats the worse part of all this. How do we realtors know a developer is for real or not? How do we know if the developer is looking out for the buyer”s interests?
One thing I know: Joshua ten Brink of Riverside Developers is not looking out for MY best interests, the buyer. Shame on you Josh.
