Even back then the Southern Nicoya Peninsula featured great stability and security, and a incredible potential for growth and development. Joseph chose the Playa Tambor beach area due to it’s remote location with easy access by water and air.

Background

Joseph’s back ground is in the hospitality industry and tourism management since Joseph spent his first years in Costa Rica managing a boutique hotel and a specialty tour operation. That is how he started getting into the real estate business back in the early 90’s.
