Property Description: This location consists of two adjacent farms of 54 and 86 acres that can be purchased separately or together. The smaller of the two has a hot springs for spa development. Both properties have fresh water springs that are high in minerals fom the underground calcium carbonate deposits. This water could be mixed with the hot water for mineral baths of varying temperature. The two plots are separated by a hydrolectric tube that pummets water from a reservoir above to a small power plant below the property. The electrical project seems to add more to the property than it detracts. On the hill at the top of the propery is a good construction site with great views and cooling breezes for a lodge or owners home. The property slopes moderately downhill with extensive flat area in the lower elevation areas. There are numerous building sites for tourist facilities or for a residential development project. Frontage on the Rio Aguas Zarcsa is inhabited by howler monkeys. The farm with the hot water contains a large forested area, the other property is mainly in pasture. This hot springs is close to several other properties similarly endowed with thermal waters, also available for sale. This one, however, offers much better access than the others, including a paved road that traverses the entire property. Infrastructure development would be of comparatively low cost. There is also a cavern excavated in limestone deposits underground that might serve as an added attraction. The property is located a few kilometers from the main highway to northern tourism areas. It is about 5 kilometers from two other Spa resorts that do a thriving business and there is room for a third. Last year the attractions, especially volcanos and thermal baths, brought 800,000 tourists to the area.
