We specialize in the areas on the East side of San Jose (Curridabat, San Pedro, Tres Rios, etc.) as well as Cartago, the Orosi Valley and general surrounding areas, with houses, condos, farms, etc., for sale. But we always welcome the opportunity to assist clients looking for properties in other areas.

We then do an exhaustive search to find that property for them. If we don't have it in our own database, we are not afraid to turn to other realtors to aid in the search.
