RACSA has contracted Editorial Trejos Hermanos to print the 2006 white pages. Oscar Chacón, director of the project, explained that after a three month analysis of offers, the contract for the printing of 900,000 guides was  awarded at a price of $3 million.  The deal is subject to approval by the Comptroller General and printing is scheduled to begin in April. The guide will include up to date information of all fixed line clients and should be distributed in June.

At the same time, the Chacón explained that the bidding process for the official yellow pages and white pages for 2007, 2008 and 2009, is underway. Several companies have been invited to submit their bids in April and it is estimated that by the middle of the year the company who gets the contract will begin advertising sales.
