The Japanese company Fujitsu Consulting announced that it will hire 450 people who speak English for its new call center that will begin operations in May and serve “gigantic” clients in the US.
“Costa Rica offers us a labor force that is very well educated. Also, its time zone and geographic proximity to the US makes Costa Rica an ideal partner.”, stated the executive vice-president of Fujitsu Consulting, Steve Kirchoff.
Fujitsu Consulting is the third largest service enterprise in the world. And is a division of Fujitsu Limited, which makes technology products.
The president of CINDE, Alberto Trejos, assured that this call center will give the country important jobs that are well paying and that offer the opportunity for growth to the employees.
