Cell Craze Continues
With ICE selling 1000 lines per hour through 800 distribution points, Ticos continue to go crazy for the new GSM lines. Many are waiting in line all day long and not getting any thing done. The problem seems to be that people go principally to the largest stores and the ICE agencies, not to all 800 distribution points.
If you have a waiting list number less than 250,000, be aware that you have only 15 days to formalize your service, or the line will be redistributed to another.
