One might google the woman's name and learn more about her. More specifically, there were never any accusations made legally against the father of the kidnaped child. Further, the father has spent ten years and considerable money trying to see his daughter. On the basis of the information available in the US media, I would submit it is more likely that Roger Cyprian is the offended party in this matter.
