Most Ticos seem to welcome a change of government, if you still believe what polls say after the recent election results!
A UCR poll conducted after E-day showed that 69 percent of Ticos believe that they will make more money than in 2005. Compared to a study conducted in November of last year, confidence rates soared. 43 % thought unemployment would increase - compared to 58% in November. As for poverty, 54% thought it would increase - compared to 77% in November.
