If you want a GSM cell line, you can get it today or tomorrow if you want to avoid the lines and have a number. As of Thursday, anyone who wants a line can get regardless of if they have a number or not. On Monday, ICE is expecting delivery of another 100,000 SIM chips, so for December they will offer 350,000 lines. 70,000 are already activated and 120,000 are reserved. So 160,000 will be available to last until February when the ICE expect to recieve the final 250,000 SIM chips in the contract.
