The Commission of Notables will turn in its report to President Pacheco on Friday, and a spokesman will release a summary of the findings to the public the same day.
Lineth Saborio, Vice President, stated that although originally the President was going to receive the report Friday and study it over the weekend before releasing it to the public, the likelihood of a “leak” prompted those involved to make it available the same day. The recommendation of the council is non-binding, but will be taken very seriously.
