PLN and PAC Split Legistature Seats in Heredia

After the official scrutiny of the Heredia province, the preliminary results held up and as expected PLN and PAC gained the 5 seats in the next Assembly. On Wednesday afternoon the TSE finished the manual scrutiny and did not declare Oscar Arias the next president of Costa Rica, although he leads by a comfortable 1.12 per cent.
