Coldest November Day in 25 Years Hits Costa Rica

According to meteoroligists at the IMN, yesterday was the coldest November day in the last 25 years.  The highest temperature in the Central Valley was 17.2 degrees Celsius.  (about 62 Farenheit).  The weather people predict at least 2 more days of the cold front. (please stop giggling those of you hailing from the northern climes)
