Tico Shot Dead in Miami Airport

Costa Rican Rigoberto Alpízar Medina (44) was shot dead by authorities in the Miami Airport while boarding a flight to Orlando.  His wife, US citizen Anne Beuchner, was involved in the tragedy also.  Apparently Rigoberto suffers from bipolar disorder and was acting erratically as passengers were boarding the plane.  His wife tried to explain to […]
