Roads to Close for Festival of Lights Saturday

On Saturday, after 1 pm the roads that lead to Paseo Colon and Second Avenue will be closed by more than 150 traffic police. Organizers expect hundreds of thousands of spectators for the Festival of Lights which will have 10 floats, 11 bands and 7 cheerleading squads.   The parade will begin at about 5:30 pm.
