Originally from Philadelphia, Brian lived in Costa Rica since 1997. Since that time I married Costa Rica local Ana and we have a 6 year old bilingual son Ty. I also received my full Costa Rican citizenship through the naturalization process, an indispensable step in legal status for a Realtor.
I was fortunate enough to have 5 years of exploring most of the country with my wife, discovering all that makes Costa Rica unique while learning indispensable lessons of language, culture and the distinctive Pura Vida lifestyle that defines these friendly people.
After nearly 10 years of working as a certified high school educator in both the U.S. and Costa Rica, I turned to real estate as a career about 6 years ago, with experience in both the Central Pacific area and the Central Valley areas. I truly believe that my vast knowledge of business, family and life offer our clients a distinct advantage not only in the field of real estate, but in acclimating to this awesome place.
